Hotel looked like it had been recently done or at least repainted. It was very clean and also nicely decorated for the holidays. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered quickly.

Sauna Room

Liked: The staff were great, friendly, and were sorry the situation was inresolveable
Disliked: The room was literally 80°F and the AC unit, set to 60, was unable to cool the room. I got a full body heat rash and was unable to sleep or shower because the room was too hot. A new room was offered at 445am but we had to be up at 6am, so I just didnt sleep. I had to prop the room door open to allow AC from the lobby into tge room, so we also had 0 privacy because of this.
