Liked: Nightmare from the beginning. We worked all day long, then drove 4 hours to get to the hotel. To be told, they double booked our room?! They screwed up and overbooked their rooms! It happens, no big deal. But instead of doing the right thing, they choose to punish and screw over their customers! They put us in another room. Said they "upgraded" our room(was NOT an upgrade at all!) Then charged us more money for their screw up! We had already paid way too much for the room we wanted and paid for! And they charged us an additional 67 bucks more for an "upgrade" that was not an upgrade at all!! And it was not our choice or fault that we had to switch rooms!!! It had everything the other room had that we originally paid for except the "upgrade" had a wall between the bed and couch. I hated it! It was stupid and not needed or wanted. We did not sit or use that area once. We were there for work!! We didn't need or want a whole house! Or more rooms! We wanted the basics. A comfy bed to sleep in and a working useable spa tub to relax in after work. And for things to work as they should. And we didn't get anything we needed or paid for. Very disappointing! The people were all very, very rude and inconsiderate! Appalling and unscrupulous. The room was not worth half of what they charged us!! The room was not soundproof as promised. Heard everything going on outside the room anyway. It was old and very worn down. Not kept up real well. Everything was broken and falling apart or didn't work at all. Drawers didn't open or close properly. Outlets and usb ports were broken and didn't work at all or charged extremely slow. Or would stop and start. (Which ruins phones) Parts of the spa tub would fall off in the water if we tried to use the tub. Wasn't the cleanest or nicest hotel we have stayed in, but we thought it was decent hotel. Cable/tv didn't work properly.
