Disliked: Tried calling for 3 days to request a ground floor room and never got a person to pick up. When I mentioned to the person checking me in she just said their phones don't work half the time. Really????? The entry area smelled heavily of cigarettes as well.

Liked: Room was clean and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Took awhile to get checked in.

Liked: Location was convenient with easy access to the highway and less than five minute to the small town of Grinnell.
Disliked: This place was dirty, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in months. The breakfast was leftover from at least one day before; if not longer.

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: One person working the entire day. No one to check you in for 15 minutes. No towels.TV not working. Bugs in halls and bathroom. Breakfast food still in warmer and full of flies at 5:30 pm. No coffee at 6:30 am. Staff does not greet you or talk to you

Liked: The lady who was there Saturday morning was very nice and tried to help us. AC worked great!
Disliked: Our toilet never flushed. They didnt get anyone to come fix it. Didnt offer an alternative room. It was terrible. My husband even had to borrow the plunger to try to fix it but it didnt help. The hot tub was dirty. The breakfast was okay.

Liked: Pool and jacuzzi well maintained
Disliked: Eggs and sausage at breakfast were cold.
