Disliked: the coffee packs were not in the room and there were cigarette burns on the the exterior comforter

Liked: It was in a decent location
Disliked: Everything, we had reserved a non-smoking 2 bed queen suite. The bathroom smelled like an ashtray, and it was disgusting outdated, falling apart. If it wasn't so late, I would have just left and found a different room at a different hotel. We slid the couch to make room for our twins playpen, and behind the couch was filthy. There is no cover on the outlets behind the couch either. Then, I went to put milk for the twins in the refrigerator, and it didn't work. It was on, but it wasn't cold. I told the staff when we checked out, and they pretty much shrugged it off. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Liked: Lady who checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: No eggs at breakfast, pool not open, area around parking lot had a lot of litter. They cleaned up breakfast at like 8:55 so people running in last minute could not even get a bagel. Out of plain waffle mix and would not refill, and no eggs and I don’t eat grits or biscuits with gravy so left me not eating breakfast when it should be included. We always looks for places that include breakfast and very disappointed so not sure if we will book at your place again, and we travel A LOT and I mean A LOT.
