Liked: We stayed in a suite, it was huge, two bathrooms and comfy beds! The pool was nice just wish it was open earlier or stayed open later, we were there for a dance competition and enjoy it when we get back
Disliked: That there was no hot tub, the poolHours and breakfast. My daughter loved the waffles, but not many other options

Liked: The staff was super friendly!
Disliked: Our room was dirty! I opened the shower curtain, and it was never cleaned from the previous stay. Used soap bar was left in shower and hair. The floors weren't vacuumed as there were food crumbs from their previous stay everywhere. The ceiling was molded and painted over (noticed this thruoutthe whole hotel). The front desk at check-in and out was super friendly. The front desk after check-in did come clean my shower. Overall, I just wouldn't stay here again due to there house keeping team. Breakfast was gross!

Besides location it was awesome

Liked: The location, many places nearby have heavy drug traffic in and out.

Liked: Heather was absolutely wonderful! She is what great customer service is about.
Disliked: Everything else. We fought all weekend to keep our sheets on the bed. Hotel was shut down and you had to walk around the whole hotel to get to the front desk or the pool. If they are going to offer smoking rooms people should not be punished for that. My drawers were broken when I arrived the shower rod was broken when I arrived. No I've machine in site and then nothing listed on the website when I booked that they would be under construction and we would have no water after 9 am on Monday so we had to check out earlier than expected because the whole purpose of the trip was to get me closer to where I was having surgery. I had to drive all the way back to Mt Airy then come all the way back down due to this.
