Not going to stay at...

Liked: Like the customer service
Disliked: My bed had bugs and bite my back and my body back part was never been like that bed must be used with pets or bugs in beds and tooMust dust on top of fridge and appliances

Average.

Liked: Booked a 2 queen room, was given a room with 3 double beds and a kitchenette. Had to go and get the right room. Clerk was hard to understand and was not friendly. Also there were some weird smells
Disliked: Just friendlier, more trained stsff

Affordable for family rate food...

Good place to stay but...

Liked: Huge rooms, very clean, good location
Disliked: It was a little expensive.

DISAPPOINTING!!

Liked: Rooms are nice enough.
Disliked: Very expensive for the value. They do have a good breakfast selection, but their 6-10 breakfast hours is a total rip off. We came down late (about 5-10 minutes before 10) I get that this late in the morning there might not be much food selection left. We were traveling for sports and one of our kids took sick so we ended up sleeping late. However, it was not the customers that had cleaned it out. It wasn’t even 10 yet and the staff had already cleaned away everything, including coffee. What was worse, some staff came in and filled to-go containers with food. When my husband went to get an egg, there was nothing left. The staff lady told him ‘sorry, there is nothing left’, and took off with her container full that she had just filled. Very disappointing when you pay almost $200/night to stay in GP.

Convenient, comfortable, clean with great...

Liked: Liked the fact we had two queen beds and a queen pull out sofa for 3 adults with plenty of space to move around the room. Included coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Real food at breakfast. Fantastic on-site amenities.
Disliked: No fault of the property but snow clearing in the city of Grande Prairie is pitiful at best, beware if driving in the winter the side roads accessing the hotel are treacherous.

Had a great weekend

Liked: I booked the hotel as it served to a smoker … I am smoker and room was great … the location was great for using the taxi service … staff and facilities were great … happy to help me … highly recommended it … price was great
