Good

Liked: The stay was pleasant and everything was fine. However, that I am still waiting for my invoice and have not received any response to my three previous messages requsting one.

Good hotel for the price.

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Hotel could use some updates but overall it was a very pleasant stay in a great location.

horrible customer service

Liked: did not stay there and they charged me anyways and wouldn't return my call or answer the phone to correct the error.

Never stay at this location...

Liked: location was good for our needs
Disliked: the hotel was extremely dirty. Our room bathroom had so much mold around the shower and the ceiling of the bathroom. The hotel was old and dirty horrible carpets throughout
