Bad
Disliked: The hotel was very dirty and rundown. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. There was paint all over the floor and tiles on walls. There was caulk all over bathroom counter. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Way too soft. I thought I would sink to the floor everytime I sat down on it. I would not stay here again.

Won’t stay at another Quality...
Liked: Price and front desk staff very friendly.
Disliked: Very poor condition, hairs in and on the tub, hallway dirty, pool out of order, breakfast not prepared at 7:30 am.

Good!
Liked: Big rooms and clean. Because of the price you can't expect much more, it's really good for one or two nights. There's some breakfast as well. Pretty convenient if you go to the Red Rocks and you need to spend a night after a concert.
Disliked: The mattress.
