Simple and comfy stay

Liked: The reception/breakfast lady was VERY friendly and efficient. She arranged for 3 of us to have rooms next to each other. Very nice 🙂 Comfortable bed, pillows, chair. Clean room and bathroom. Easy to operate wall heater. Multiple electrical outlets for charging devices. Clean refrigerator and microwave. Ample closet space. Iron and board in closet. Complimentary breakfast was orderly and clean. Simple and easy to choose from. Who doesn't love a Texas shaped waffle! ❤️
Disliked: Dingy looking towels. They may be clean, but if you can't bleach them white again toss them out! White towels that look dirty is UNACCEPTABLE. Toilet paper roll stock. There should always be one wrapped extra stored in the bathroom. Arriving to find one roll and a quarter for a weekend stay was barely enough. Tissue box shouldn't have to be a last resort. Allowing a motorcycle group to run their bikes in the parking lot in the evening for an extended period of time while guests are trying to sleep is RUDE. They may have paid to use your conference room for a gathering. That doesn't mean they can run your parking lot.

Not good

Disliked: No tv service and water all over the bathroom floor. They had to move me to another room once unpacked

Sad but clean

Liked: I like how close it was to the expo center, was nice the spa and pool were open.
Disliked: No TV service I had to go to Walmart and purchase a Roku so we had TV to watch for the 3 nights we were there. Was excited to use Spa but when I went to use it there were two men in Spa surrounded but beer, with an entire case of beer they kept drinking. I'm nit going to get in a Spa with two drunk men I don't know. Saturday night couldn't go to sleep until 2am because person kept running in hallway stomping in room next to us and slamming doors so loud room shook. When you go down to front desk no one there half the time in day time just a sign that says call this number if you need help. None of them vending machines work at all everyone of them is out of order. The breakfast had barely a selection was like they were out of everything.
