Liked: Location was close to the Somerville Exhibition Hall
Disliked: Very very warm inside the hotel. AC in the room was adequate but not great. Breakfast had very little selection. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Disliked: Toilet seat really scarred. Shower would not stay where you put it. No internet. No charge plugs for phones. Not much breakfast choices.

Simple and comfy stay

Liked: The reception/breakfast lady was VERY friendly and efficient. She arranged for 3 of us to have rooms next to each other. Very nice
Disliked: Dingy looking towels. They may be clean, but if you can't bleach them white again toss them out! White towels that look dirty is UNACCEPTABLE. Toilet paper roll stock. There should always be one wrapped extra stored in the bathroom. Arriving to find one roll and a quarter for a weekend stay was barely enough. Tissue box shouldn't have to be a last resort. Allowing a motorcycle group to run their bikes in the parking lot in the evening for an extended period of time while guests are trying to sleep is RUDE. They may have paid to use your conference room for a gathering. That doesn't mean they can run your parking lot.
