Liked: Shower had hair in it and the sheets were not clean. We got moved to another room and the shower in that room was also not clean!! Very disgusting.

Liked: decent location though there were quite a few defunct businesses nearby
Disliked: the lock to our room did not work so we eventually had to switch rooms which was exhausting after 10 hours of travel. no apologies or compensation of any kind was offered

Chose Gilroy because it was...

Liked: Breakfast and its room location were fine
Disliked: The room cards were very difficult to use in the entry door to the breakfast room.

Disliked: Had to go to the office several times cause key wouldn’t work & when you’re on the second floor & 83 years old it’s not easy!!!

Liked: Nice size rooms, fridge, microwave, and breakfast.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn’t work so it felt stuffy in there.
