Liked: I was off to work at 4:20 am.
Disliked: Nothing it was just fine!

Value for money, basic but...

Liked: Location to the University could not have been better. Staff were friendly and helped with drying out laundry when the machine broke. Very comfortable and clean, gret value for money.
Disliked: No fresh milk for the coffee and not many healthy options for us. Kids liked it.

Liked: The look and feel of the place was good. I liked the little statue and water feature they added to the front. Things were clean and orderly.
Disliked: The evening front desk staff left something to be desired. They did their job just fine, but seemed eager to return to the back. The room was good other than the heating unit, which didn't have the option to turn it to constant fan and every time it turned on it went through a series of emotional screech sounds. It was a super cold night, so we ended up heating the room up above what was comfortable, then turning the unit completely off so we could sleep without that noise. It worked out ok.

Liked: Front desk pleasant, let me check in early. The price vs. quality seems about right. My son goes to Frostburg State, it is one of the closest hotels for a parent of an athlete who has to travel a lot for games.
Disliked: Room was clean, bathroom toilet was dirty. Toilet had urine stains on toilet rim and seat. You could tell it was not cleaned. And sink would not drain.
