Disliked: 1. Breakfast-poor. Food choices and quality were poor. Coffee was terrible.2. Elevator to second floor?? No one told us where the elevator was and we could not find it.

It was a nice place....

Disliked: I didn’t like finding dog hair on my bed sheets.

One night stay was fair....

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Bathroom shower was dirty. Shower floor needed a good scrubbing.

Updated and comfortable rooms

Liked: The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. I liked that they had tea in the rooms, I don't drink coffee. The room was updated, clean and large. Price was reasonable. Had an outside pool but, was cold.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay but, really needed eggs. The light outside our room was very bright and shined in the room even with the curtains drawn and made it hard to sleep. Really needed an elevator, we are older and it is harder for us the climb stairs.

room was fine.

Liked: Breakfast was to be served at 6:00 am. The doors to the lobby remained locked until about 6:10. There were about 8-10 of us standing outside. We could see an employee sitting in the lobby on her phone. The front desk phone rang and that’s when she got up. She then unlocked the door and went to the kitchen to start the breakfast service. I chose not to wait. I got a cup of tea and left. No one was happy.
Disliked: one gentleman was waiting at the desk to check out. He needed a receipt, which he said he was told the night before, he would have to get in the morning. The lady working told him he would have to wait until she got breakfast ready. He was very unhappy.
