Breakfast lady

Liked: Needed a hotel while our apartment was under renovation. I only liked the location, less traffic to my daughter's bus stop.
Disliked: I didn't like how our room had a bad smell once you go in. Smelled like old carpet smell that was too strong. Room was clean and bed was kinda hard.Staffs and that cleaner lady were welcoming and nice.. But, the breakfast lady was racist and mean for a brown skin islander! I greeted her with a Good morning once I go in the breakfast room and you can tell by her voice that she didn't wanna talk. She just gives me that look and walks away. Then I see other people come in, we greeted each other and as the breakfast lady came, she greeted them with a big smile like she saw a pot of gold! Our last morning, I had breakfast with my daughter before dropping her to school and as I was pouring coffee, the lady knew that it was running out. I figured she would take the coffee and refill it but no, she didn't wanna talk to me. Other people came in to get coffee and it was still empty. One guy left, and this lady ran out and asked him if he wanted coffee. So, there was coffee but she wouldn't refill for me when I was having breakfast This breakfast lady gives me and my family that side eye ugly look. I hate her. We, islanders can eat and she brings out sausages 2 at a time. This lady needs to be replaced or she has to work on her damn attitude. She herself is brown skin and I believe an Indian but she's a bad lady to deal with in the morning

Liked: This room sounded really nice in the booking but arriving at the site was quite different. The room was ok but needed updating. The room seemed clean until I dropped something on the floor and discovered the dust bunnies. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Disliked: We especially wanted a kitchen but the stove only had 1 burner that worked and there was No oven. There was also no utensils or dish soap or basically anything usable. I was given a couple of plates and pans that I had to carry to our room. Also, there were very few channels available on the TV.

Liked: My room was nice, and it had a homely feel to it.
Disliked: One of the staff members was extremely rude. Every encounter i had with her was unpleasant.Also, I complained to the owner and the staff a lot about the noise level during quiet hours.
