Disliked: The staff didn’t know how to operate with booking reservations. We had to pay there too. I paid twice.

Didn't stay at hotel, went...

Disliked: Booked the room for 3am but on the website it didnt clarify if it was 3am or 3pm and needed a room asap since apartment water pipe broke. And didnt even get to stay in a room and went elsewhere. Canceled stay same morning and still waiting on a refund hopefully
