Liked: My disagreement is with the website. I booked this site but as I am not familiar with the area did not realize that there are many “Fayettevilles”. I intended to book in WV, but this site is in NC. If booking.com would clearly indicate the state, rather than @Fayettevile USA, this confusion would have been avoided.

Liked: Customer Service was great. We had problem with TV and they came up to fix it.
Disliked: Wasn't the cleanest room, had used soap in bath tub and a pair of panties in night stand drawer.

Liked: THE ROOM WAS NASTY ASF .. the tissue was dry rotted .. the sheets were dirty .. roaches crawling around i ended up not staying && checking out the same day i checked in they wouldnt give me a refund && that stuff is definitely unprofessional definitely wont be staying here anymore !!

Disliked: The tv was broken, with the inside bulbs glowing through the picture. Told the men at the desk. He said ok and did nothing. Told them I needed coffee, he said ok and never bothered. Also clothing racking hanging. Told the front desk, and said ok. Did nothing. I wouldn’t stay there again for free. The area is dangerous. Couldn’t go for a little walk without being solicited for money or favors
