Liked: Didn't eat breakfast, had to leave too early. Maybe should have some muffins or something ready for those that leave before you start serving? Pancakes and waffles are cheap, maybe one of those self use waffle irons?
Disliked: Because I booked through a third party I had to put down a deposit on my cc. Also, the person at the desk saw I was alone and moved me to a room with only 1 bed. Problem is she moved me from smoking to non-smoking when she did it. Luckily I had converted to vaping so it didn't matter, but this kind of thing gets really old after about the 5th or 6th time it happens.

Liked: The location is good for fishing local waters . The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were excellent.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel in the early evening and proceeded to our rooms , the glass doors separating the entrances to the room hallways were all stopped open and the hallways were so cold that you could damn near see your breath . When we entered the rooms we found the heaters to be shut off and the rooms were literally freezing !! We put the heat on and watched tv with our coats on , we all refused to use the shower because the rooms were so cold !! It took till morning to finally get the rooms even remotely warm !! We chose rooms at this hotel for the reasonable price , but I will pay extra next time to be comfortable.

Disliked: I booked and prepaid for my room and then added two nights. I also paid for the additional two nights and have proof of that. The staff locked me out of my room and stated I needed to pay for the additional two nights again, even though I had proven that I had paid for it. I went to the front desk with proof of this and requested that the manager come out and speak to me. He was in a back room and would not come out to look at the documentation I had and the charges that were made to my account. He continued to send another person out to speak with me. I was at the point of calling the police to get the door unlocked for me to get my belongings.
