Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We were told at check out we would receive a receipt via email and have not.

Liked: I was skeptical at first just because of my past bad experiences with a few hotels I’ve stayed at recently and from the looks of the lobby seemed a little older but to my surprise this place exceeded my expectations by far!! It was clean, quiet, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in and pillows were amazing and I’m talking 4 star hotels that I’m comparing!!! You can’t beat the value either!! Very nice room. Pleasantly suprised!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Passable

Liked: Booked a suite, arrived and was down graded to a small, out-dated room. We had no choice but to take it, as we were in town for an event, and other hotels in the area were booked solid. Dark, dreary; small fridge sat on the floor next to the bathroom; bathroom door would not shut completely- knob had been "chewed;" cleanliness was sketchy; skeevy atmosphere overall.

Good

Liked: I had no heat in my room. I set the thermostat at 74 and it never warmed up. The next morning I reported it to the front desk and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. No comment at all from then, no offer of a refund. I was eventually moved to the room next door which had heat.

It was convenient

Liked: The gazebo was nice, I could smoke a cigar and have a drink
Disliked: No elevator, no bar? No restaurant. Breakfast consisted of a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. Also, bed had a deep depression in middle of mattress

Pretty great

Liked: Great value for the money. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast small but hey its there.
Disliked: Breakfast was just a breakfast sandwich or cereal.... no fruits or veggies.Also the jacuzzi had a leak that would soak half the floor when used.

Liked: The location is fine. The room was good.
Disliked: The halls could smell a bit better. They need new computers in the computer room they do not work but the room was good.

Disliked: There was hair on some things like the couch and the sheets maybe the cleaners don’t pull there hair back or vacuum certain places, also the matteress was very indented they should change that.
