Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We were told at check out we would receive a receipt via email and have not.

Liked: The room was comfy.
Disliked: Chemical smell.

Disliked: The halls could smell a bit better. They need new computers in the computer room they do not work but the room was good.

Disliked: There was hair on some things like the couch and the sheets maybe the cleaners don’t pull there hair back or vacuum certain places, also the matteress was very indented they should change that.

Liked: I liked the comfort and location. Nothing was more than fifteen minutes away by vehicle.The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick. It was nice having breakfast options when I didn't have time to go to a diner. The bed was nice and clean, surfaces were clearly wiped down, the bathroom was clean and the shower water pressure was good enough. The mini fridge was perfect for storing a small amount of food and drink. I always love having in-room coffee.
Disliked: The floor had some dust and debris. It was not a lot, but the vacuuming could've been better. They do have a washer and dryer. The washer was full of someone's clothing but no one was there, the dryer was not working. I had to go to a Laundromat and I was happier for it. They need to transition away from the single use little plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner and plastic wrapped soaps.

Liked: It was quiet and a good breakfast.
Disliked: The first night we didn't have any heat in the room we mentioned it to the front desk they said turn it off and turn it on it should work but it never did so we had to go without heat for the first night. They switched our room later the next day after finally someone came to check it and said it was broke
