Liked: The beds were comfortable. It was clean and the staff was nice.
Disliked: There happened to be some kind of hockey tournament for the kids and a bunch of noisy, wild kids were staying at the same time. There were so many of them we couldn't get in the pool and they were running up and down the halls and the lobby and were basically unsupervised.

Very Happy with my stay....

Liked: Location, And fact I had booked across street at a competitors that basically had no HEAT. You were able to book me a room for 5 days Shows 4 here but you were able to extend me a day. This was an emergency situation for family member. Very emotional week.
Disliked: I couldn't add my Awards Code to receive towards awards (room) after the effect. I have to call it in I guess. And food was wiped out by a family with three babies. BUT that's beside the point I just needed up earlier. Food Sausages could be hotter.
