Liked: The Quality brand has somewhat gone downhill in the past but this location WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND. I was massively impressed with the facility. It was clean, well kept, updated, and smelled nice (important to me). Our dog was with us and I felt the fee was very reasonable. As with most folks, everything is expensive and it has made travel unaffordable for most folks. I'm so glad we were able to find nice and clean places to stay on our trip. Thank you for providing services that are affordable for families like mine! Please keep doing that.
Disliked: Nothing to note. I can't think of one thing to say that was a challenge. I had ok expectations, this location exceeded that entirely. I'm so glad we found this location.

Superb

Liked: Location was easy to get to. Located in a nice quiet area. Hot breakfast. Comfortable bed. The person that checked us in was excellent! She was friendly, helpful, outgoing, and very accommodating.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room we had, someone had smoked in pretty heavily. It took until the day we were leaving to get the smell to go away completely. Bathroom door did not latch, and the latch for the room door was coming off of the door itself.

Not likely to stay again.

Liked: Location and the front desk clerk at check in on day before my reservation.
Disliked: Non English speaking staff, the smell, the hot tub out of order. The coffee was THE WORST coffee I've ever tasted. Not drinkable.

Liked: The free breakfast is the best thing about this place.
Disliked: This place is not family friendly as advertised. The hottub has been broken for at least a year( personally know). The staff make you very uncomfortable. Either they are just micromanaging or they are racist. Either way it's just ridiculous. Cool if you are a worker in the area and just need a quiet bed. Not good if you are traveling with family looking to enjoy the amenities. Don't allow food in the pool area unless you rent the room but the sign only says all food must stay on the tables. I ended up just taking the kids home. Bad storm came at 630 . Pool closed for the rest of the night. These people select who to be friendly to.

Liked: Great location near softball fields we were playing at for the weekend.
Disliked: Our room didn’t have a smoke detector they said would fix it but unfortunately never did. Our floor was sticky. The pull out bed was broken on the bottom and we had to hold up with the trash cans plus had exposed springs on one side. Also breakfast was just okay. Not a lot of options.

It served our needs.
