The worst stay imaginable. Staff...

Liked: The lady that checked us in was very nice
Disliked: It was very dirty. Beds were not made. Restroom was filthy toilet was dirty. Hair left in tub. It look like someone laid in the bed. The room door was already open. There wasn’t enough towels. Literally only one set which was stained. Had to go down stairs for more. The toilet paper roll was almost gone. One bed had two pillows and one had three and the beds were the same size. The blankets were in the closet but they weren’t folded just tossed in there. The ice bucket and the ice bucket tray were dirty. And for breakfast it was waffles or cereal. Nothing else.

Liked: When we left the room and came back the keys didn't work .. went to the front desk multiple times to reset key and still had no luck getting into the room .. staffed tried "master key" and still had no luck .. we waited in the lobby for about an hour before being told we could sleep in another room .. then when I asked staff about our belongings.. they jumped threw the 2nd floor window and opened our door .. we were told that the room has to remain occupied while we stayed due to it not being able to open . Woke up about 6am because I had a wisdom tooth pulled the day prior and woke up in pain and thought I'd shower .. no sooner I showered the fire alarm to the building was going off. I then evacuated the premises.. I didn't even get my money's worth out of the room because of all the inconveniences I had to endure.. I want a refund
