Disliked: The A/C was not working in two different rooms. Laundry room out of service, no gym, and the smell was horrible everywhere. Staff seem to not care about the facilities. Never leasing this hotel again. Not recommend specially if you come with family.

Disliked: the hotel was dirty dingy and ice cold (no heat in the rorm). No working tv, no mini fridge. It was the worst experience we have had staying in hotels and we have stayed overseas in much better places. This place should be shut down. I will be contacting my cc company to see what sort of refund we can obtain.

Disliked: It was very dirty. Beds were not made. Restroom was filthy toilet was dirty. Hair left in tub. It look like someone laid in the bed. The room door was already open. There wasn’t enough towels. Literally only one set which was stained. Had to go down stairs for more. The toilet paper roll was almost gone. One bed had two pillows and one had three and the beds were the same size. The blankets were in the closet but they weren’t folded just tossed in there. The ice bucket and the ice bucket tray were dirty. And for breakfast it was waffles or cereal. Nothing else.
