Liked: I booked a night's stay due to wild fire evacuation. The woman at the front desk was incredibly compassionate & kind. She promptly assisted me with the originally assigned room.
Disliked: Cockroaches climbing all over walls.

not like what i expected

Liked: well in the internet it looks very clean and decent
Disliked: the place was not clean enough, a lot of homeless around the place and a lot of noise next room and everywhere

Room 226 was filthy, very...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room 226 was filthy very dirty, roaches everywhere.. dirty and white stains on sofa. Tub is nasty too. Mattress dirty, only thing clean was sheets and pillow covers..receptionist and Manager not helpful at all..
