I would not stay here...

Disliked: I did not like anything about the hotel. The bathroom tile was broken. The shower faucet would not stop leaking. The carpet was stained. I think I received bed bug bites. We used a bed sheet to cover the sofa.

Liked: The location and people
Disliked: Handicap accessible restroom was not very accessible for the tub/shower. The handicap shower chair was missing a rubber leg cover and it cause the legs to spand out to where it collapsed which almost caused my paraplegic daughter to fall. I was glad I stayed in the with her. It took my other daughter and myself to lift her out of the tub off the shower chair. Which the leg also cause it to scratch the inside of the tub. I did let hotel employee know about and also asked if they had another shower chair which I was told no they didn't. This could have caused a lawsuit for them not being handicap equipped and safety precaution. I'm requesting a refund on the room that I paid for because it was not properly equipped for any handicap person to use the shower area.

Liked: Close to Powwow. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Never did I experience such a dirty accommodation. Paid $233 for 1 night. For that money I expect at least a spotless room. Nails on the steps in the hallway. Carpet dirty. Breakfast a joke. They have no customer appreciation whatsoever. Really sad. Will not come back ever!

I would rather stay in...

Liked: Some of the staff was polite and helpful.
Disliked: Bathtub did not drain, alarm clock went off at 11pm in the room next door, could see through a vertical gap in the lower half of the handle side of the door. Bed in the room above was creaky and loud. Had to reprogram room key each day, twice on one day. Odor coming from AC/heater unit. Potential bedbug infestation.

Pathetic

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The contour sheet kept popping off exposing a nasty old mattress. Bathroom needs caulk to cover rust around tub etc. We had 1 washcloth and 2 old mismatched towels - so thing you could not get dry. Tub drained so slow we stood in ankle deep water. The night desk clerk was either nasty or no where to be found. This place is a dump and should be redone or destroyed! I’d like a refund!!
