Great stay until check out

Liked: room, pool, vicinity, all staff but 1
Disliked: it was hard to regulate room temperature.. and on my checkout day the man at the desk when I asked for the cheapest gas sent me to a cenex that was 75 cents more a gallon then the circle k right but the hotel. really not cool.

Reasonably priced and good location...

Liked: Located within walking distance of the centre of town which has lots of choices for dining and wine tasting.Reasonable sized room, though the only seating was a single chair at the desk. The staff accommodated us with a 2nd chair.The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel needs a deep clean. There were unidentifiable marks all over the bathroom walls and I chose not to take a bath after seeing that the rubber mat inside the bathtub was impacted by pink mould. The bed was comfortable after I remade it; the sheets and comforter were both put on sideways which meant everything came untucked the first night of four.Tea and coffee was only available during breakfast hours. The gym had decent equipment but, again, needed a good clean.

Convenient basic hotel

Liked: Having a hot breakfast available was nice. The in room refrigerator and microwave are also very convenient.
Disliked: The hotel has no elevator and most of the rooms are up a flight of stairs.

Convenient location for a pair...

Liked: Lots of breakfast options. Near the center of town on 2nd Avenue, close to the conference (at Marcus Whitman) and amenities.
Disliked: Lack of parking lot lighting. Didn't become a problem, but for safety and security suggest improved lighting of the lot.

Excellent stay with clean facilities,...

Liked: Pool was great. Enjoyed our stay in Walla Walla. Breakfast was very good in comparison to other properties.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Would not stay there again.

Disliked: Photo showed comfortable chair in room. Not just a desk chair.Phone had to be replaced. It did not work.Air conditioner was very noisy.Did not get handicapped room as requested.My name was backwards when I checked in. It took them awhile to find reservation.No luggage cart on the floor I was staying on.No elevator for wheelchair to get to breakfast. No elevator, no elevator.

Poor

Disliked: Hallways and rooms smelled musty, stair carpets were black they were so dirty. People yelling at each other in the room across the hall. Breakfast was unimpressive. And the cost was high.

Good enough

Liked: Ok breakfast
Disliked: Need parking lot lights, some areas could stand to be updated. Also there was no easy chair, just a desk chair. No place for a second person to sit in the room.
