Quiet and close to DFW

Liked: The manager informed us that there was no hot water when we arrived and offered a refund. We opted to stay and it was no problem. The "hot" water was cool but not cold for a quick shower. Understandably it's difficult to get boiler service on a holiday weekend. For the price, breakfast was acceptable, room was sufficient for our needs. Very close to airport and manager gave good directions for returning car. Would stay again.
Disliked: Top swing lock was broken, but deadbolt worked fine.

Disliked: AC didn’t worked that good and was hot. Found a cockroach walking around the sink.
