I would never stay there again. No parking when we came back late from evening event. Were told to go down the road and pay for parking and get shuttled back.

BLEACH the SHEETS/TOWELS between guests...

Liked: Location is right near the airport.
Disliked: They don't bleach/deep clean towels and sheets hence my 1-star review as I can't justify giving a dirty hotel room a good rating. All of the towels in the room had black, brown, red, orange, and yellow stains on them and were moist to the touch. I asked for new towels assuming they weren't changed between guests and the below picture is what was brought to me as "fresh". There is clear earwax buildup, there are holes in the towels and I was so disgusted that I skipped breakfast as I didn't want to risk an illness (so can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't try it).To add -- I had a non-smoking room and they ask you to sign an agreement that you won't smoke in the room... yet, the room smelled of not only stale cigarette smoke but there was still some fresh smoke lingering in the air.NOTE TO STAFF: Properly clean the towels and sheets (they should feel fresh (not moist) and look white after a good soak in bleach/vinegar/equivalent). Also -- ENFORCE THE NO SMOKING POLICY IN NON-SMOKING ROOMS (and actually air out the smoke if somebody violates the policy considering there is a violation fee to deep clean should it occur).

Disliked: I'm being charged $200 for SUPPOSEDLY SMOKING in the room I had. I DID NOT SMOKE in the room. I threw away a broken cigarette that was in my luggage. I went outside, the side door approximately 3 times to smoke. Watch the camera footage, you will see that! I also had dirty wash clothes and towels in the room. I requested ahead of my arrival at the airport, late that evening, to have a shuttle service. Your staff sent a confirmation message and surprise surprise there was no shuttle! Your hotel and staff are terrible and I will never recommend or stay with choice hotels again!
