Exceptional

Liked: The front seat was very helpful when I got in. I was in CO for the death of a good friend and I missed the plane returning home. I was very upset and she was very understanding. The room was exceptionally clean. That just made all the difference for the end of my day.

Good value for the money,...

Liked: Super clean and quiet! Just the way I like a quick stay.
Disliked: No real problems, although I would have liked to check out with a real person behind the desk.

A good stay near DIA

Liked: The airport shuttle was handy and a necessary option for us. Late check in was also a positive experience.
Disliked: Sprucing up the bathroom and elevator would be good.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
Disliked: I booked this room for a quick overnight layover between flights just to get some sleep. The hotel shuttle bus was advertised to run every 30 minutes. After landing, I waited along with multiple other people, for over an hour and ten minutes, I gave up waiting and ordered a Lyft to the hotel, which was only 10 minutes from the airport. I landed at 9:00pm, It was 11:30pm by the time I was checked in, I got 4 hours sleep before heading back to the airport to catch my connector. I wish I would have saved my money and stayed overnight at the airport. Am shuttle from hotel to airport was perfect!

Disliked: Heating and cooling systems dried out the air due to blowing air which caused temperature irregularities

Liked: The free airport shuttle was a bonus and the women at the front desk were very helpful when I inquired as to where to find the shuttle bus stop at the airport.
Disliked: This hotel is way overpriced for the quality it provides. Everything looks like it needs an overhaul and I don't even want to know what creatures and germs are living in the room carpet which looked really filthy. The bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall and the bathtub didn't drain. I'm glad we were only there for one night.
