Noisy hotel in the middle...

Liked: My room near from function room, we stay for 2 days and they make party 2 night in row until pass midnight with loud music, kids screaming or adult talk in hallway. At first night we stay there someone is banging hard our door around 3 am. wake up all my families, its really uncomfortable, outside guest can come in without access from the door near function room.

Would sleep in a box...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The list is to long. After being there for 2 hours I had to be moved 3 times. The first room the door was propped open and the table had sticky stuff al over it. Obviously it wasn’t ready no biggie things happen. The next room got alll my stuff in,traveling with my 2 yr old granddaughter so had a bit, went to pull out some bed it had condoms and blunt wrappers for on it. Went to front desk got moved again. This time pulled out the bed it has trash and a used vape under it but I was so flipping tired I just stayed. I couldn’t move again. My granddaughter was exhausted and so was my husband and I. Then my last night there came back after a day away and was locked out of my room because they had my name under the room that I was moved from and another persons name under my room and they were supposed to have checked out the 23rd. So stood for over 15 mins arguing with the front desk clerk(who was the one who checked me in the night before and moved me to the new room) that my reservation was for 2 nights even showed my confirmation. Finally she figured it out. Made me feel like it was all my fault the whole time and never once apologized that it was there’s. In fact never got one apology for anything.

Backed up tub, gross, dirty...

Liked: Not a damn thing. We left early and I want my refund. Its simple, find a solution give me my money back. Place is gross.
Disliked: Everything. Backed up tub, dirty hot tub, still haven't spoke to a manager and you all keep sending me these damn pointless emails. I will never use booking and I will never use that hotel. I want my refund. And I'll still put a review even if this is not approved. Stop with the emails and I want my refund for not even stating the whole night. I'll dispute it with my bank.

This place sucks and has...

Liked: After arriving we instantly canceled due to uncleanliness! It was also unsafe for my young children with the people “hanging around in the lobby” lightbulbs were hanging from the lamp in the room there were red stains on the lamp shade of food the beds were stained and there was hair everywhere the room was musky! Staff was unfriendly as the had no concern to why I was instantly canceling! Also dissatisfying because the pictures they posted to show the room were nothing like the building! There were broken down cars with obviously homeless living in in the parking lot trash everywhere so disgusting I literally cried because I booked from out of town and have two young children !
