Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was nice and the staff was excellent and very friendly. The rooms are a little small but nicely appointed and very clean.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that Booking.com didn't pay the hotel the full amount which they confirmed was paid. i had to pay the difference at check out. The girl was extremely nice about it, made all the phone calls and sat on hold with Booking.com but they wouldn't budge. Will stay at the hotel again but won't use Booking.com.

Liked: This was one of the best Quality Inns I have stayed in. It was clean and the pool area was beautiful. Staff was exceptional with a nice breakfast. The front desk went out of their way to make our stay extra special. They even opened the breakfast room for us at night so we had an area to play games. I would stay here again!!
Disliked: Beds are very firm

Liked: Breakfast was good!We were especially pleased with the special treatment we received from the receptionist. My group wanted to play cards and she opened the breakfast room for us so we could use the tables and chairs.
