Overall I was pleased with this hotel. Manager very efficient and caring to assist with my needs to get groceries. He went above and beyond to help.

Liked: Very efficient check in. Manager went out of his way to help me get groceries near by. The room had a funny smell. Carpets definitely need replacing. Bed very comfortable. quiet room at night. Breakfast disappointing. They had coffee brewing all day which I liked.
Disliked: Poor quality carpets; curtain rods broken. Breakfast sub standard. I feel the damage deposit should be included in total fees upfront; not after you arrive and they automatically take it off your card.

Liked: My room on the second floor was clean, the bathroom was clean, and smelled clean. The linens were soft and comfortable. The location was ideal for my needs. I was there for one night so it met my needs. Check out was fast. There was also a mini fridge and plenty of coffee in my room which is a +.
Disliked: The first floor had a lot of wear and tear. Floors and carpets look like they need replacing soon. The first floor had an odor down the hallway but the second floor smelled fine.

Liked: The people were all great. However, the hotel itself needs a lot of updates. Did not feel clean. Too outdated.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, but this was the only thing we liked.
Disliked: We booked a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had no sheets or blankets or pillows and the mattress was stained. We asked the front desk for linens and they gave us one fitted sheet, one pillow, and one blanket with holes in it. The breakfast was either waffles (the machine barely worked) or cereal. The fridge with cream cheese and yogurt in it was not cold. The entire hotel smells like marijuana. All of the furniture had huge stains on it. The shower was not clean and the toilet clogged after just a few uses.

Liked: It smelled like weed coming into the lobby, our blanket had questionable stains on it if you catch my drift, we woke up to someone trying to break into our room in the middle of the night. Luckily the manager yelled at them. And one of our biggest gripes were the paper thin curtains that didn't block any incoming headlights from the parking lotinto our room that was on the first floor. I'm pretty sure they could see straight into our room.
