Overall I was pleased with this hotel. Manager very efficient and caring to assist with my needs to get groceries. He went above and beyond to help.

Liked: Very efficient check in. Manager went out of his way to help me get groceries near by. The room had a funny smell. Carpets definitely need replacing. Bed very comfortable. quiet room at night. Breakfast disappointing. They had coffee brewing all day which I liked.
Disliked: Poor quality carpets; curtain rods broken. Breakfast sub standard. I feel the damage deposit should be included in total fees upfront; not after you arrive and they automatically take it off your card.

It's not the Hilton but...

Liked: The location to where I needed to be was perfect.It isn't my "vacation spot" but a good night sleep and a hot shower you'll get here.
Disliked: I didn't like that you couldn't bring your breakfast to the room, but I get it.

Bad

Liked: I left my Apple Watch in the room on the table. I called to let them know. They told me the room was not cleaned just yet and that when the housekeeper go in there, they will give me a call back. Meanwhile, I tracked my watch to the location, I called back cause nobody called me after three hours and they tell me my watch is not there but now my watch has been powered off
