Disappointing

Liked: The room is nothing like the picture online. It's was bugs found on walls. Furniture in the room is dirty. I was very disappointed.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was decent
Disliked: I booked the king size room when I arrived they told me that the room was not available but I had already paid for it so I was put in a handicap room with a twin size bed it was horrible. The television remote control did not work at all so I had to watch infomercials the entire stay. There was someone banging on the upstairs door from 11:00pm to 1:30 a.m. police were outside it was crazy I would really like my money back

Disliked: Had a truly unsettling experience at this hotel. A domestic abuser showed up, and even though I called the police to ensure my safety, the hotel decided to cancel my reservation and force me to leave early instead of offering support. Beyond this, the room I was given was messy on arrival, and the TV didn’t work at all. This hotel seems more concerned with policies than people, showing little empathy or basic human decency. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
