Liked: Book a room when I showed up. They didn't have a room for me. Put me in a smoking room when I don't smoke, and then there was no hot water. Told me that I would be reimbursed in full.
Disliked: Having no hot water

Liked: Location was honestly the only plus.
Disliked: First cause it's new years eve obviously your gonna check in late....(already paid 220+ online for room) so once I get there at 1:30a.m. I'm greeted with i might not have a room. Like how money has left my account like what. Then I'm proceeded to be told the hot water heater has been out. Omg now here I am already booked already tipsy so obviously I needed to stay put. So NO HOT WATER NO SHOWERS LIKE WTF. AND BEEN OUT HOT WATER!!!!

Disliked: They were blatantly price gouging in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Over $200 for a room that wasn't worth $80 a night. The room was big, but dark and damp. It's looked as though had only been superficially cleaned g for a very long time. My bare feet were dirty simply walking from my bad to the decrepit bathroom. It just added to the nightmare of the crisis situation in the area at the time.
