Won't use this hotel again

Liked: Location was good, takes pets
Disliked: Room was in bad shape, really worn furniture, floor popping up, bedside outlet on lamp didn't work, etc... Floor was really dirty like it never gets mopped.AC unit compressor was so loud it would wake me at night when it kicked on.AC had a puddle of water under it.Room was non smoking but people, including hotel staff were smoking just outside the door, could occasionally smell smoke inside the room.Ugly water bottles full of cigarette butts right outside door, used as ashtrays by the smokers.Booking said breakfast including but hotel said no, even though it said it right on the booking.Coffee in the lobby is weak.No dog bags or designated dog walk, more mud than grass so dirty paws guaranteed.Area was sort of sketchy.

Disliked: The water pressure was poor.The sink faucet was not working properly/broken.The mattress was poor quality. Bookings.com indicated that breakfast would be included, but the facility did not honor this. No breakfast included.

Liked: Book a room when I showed up. They didn't have a room for me. Put me in a smoking room when I don't smoke, and then there was no hot water. Told me that I would be reimbursed in full.
