Stay was nice but over...

Liked: They took two withdrawals from my account for over 800.00 each said I would get it back at check out and still haven’t got it
Disliked: Swimming pool was ridiculously cold

Your staff made us feel...

Liked: Proximity to events we attendedClean Very courteous staff
Disliked: Dresser looked like something from a thrift store.TV was a bit smaller than I would have liked and remote volume and channel down did not work.Breakfast fare was not as appealing as other hotels we've frequented at similar costs.

Nice hotel.

Liked: The Staff was accomodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The jacuzzi felt great, but the water could have been cleaner. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Disliked: ONLY ONE ELEVATOR & DUE TO DOG HAD TO GET PET ROOM FOR ONE ROOM.
