Liked: The location is good and the beds are quite comfy
Disliked: Parking lot not plowed...cars were getting stuck...very slippery. Room needs a makeover badly..bathroom is quite gross..floor was filthy..our feet were black within an hour..cigarette burns in comforter...lobby and breakfast room was freezing and when asked at front desk they said something about not being able to get on roof because of snow...no hot water our second night..terrible wifi...breakfast used to have eggs and some sort of meat but no longer..found front desk people stand offish and rude..people arging loudly outside at 330 in the morning...kept smelling pot through whole trip. have been staying here for our annual shopping trip for years but pretty sure this is our last year coming here. Just gets worse every year...and to top it off i paid cash for our 2 nights at check in and have now noticed an additional charge of 70 dollars on my credit when we got home. Spoke with them regardingbthis and waiting to hear back.

Disliked: Took me 20 minutes to get somebody to check me in and the room was dirty the floor was dusty there was a plastic fork under my bed and there was garbage in the drawers of the desk and dresser

Disliked: This hotel was shitty, gross unsanitary and the sink didn't work, it was disgusting and the shower nor the rest of the room was clean! I want my money back!
