Comfortable place with good breakfast...
Liked: Quiet and calm place for a stay. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially Nealesh went all out and ensured that we were comfortable. We will stay whenever we are in Columbus.

Cold showers only

Nice for the value, but...
Liked: The room was clean and spacious!
Disliked: I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub in the room as listed on the website. I arrived and learned they no longer have jacuzzi tubs in the rooms 4 yrs ago. I paid double for that specific room expecting a jacuzzi tub otherwise I would have gotten the standard room for half the price I paid. I was not happy! They need to remove the listing for the amenities they no longer have as it is unfair for the customer.

Horrible place. Not money worth...
Liked: Staff are friendly
Disliked: General manager Neal Bhavsar is rude and unprofessional. The hotel is not renovated, it is under renovation. I was disturbed with a sudden and enormous noise as if there was drilling of the door of the room in which I was staying. I complained to the GM but he said that he doesn't care. No apology nor compensation. Certainly not in line with your moto "get your money's worth"
