Decent for a cheap price

Liked: The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean. Very nice hotel for a cheap price
Disliked: The bed was definitely not two queens

Disliked: Pool was closed due to updates and same breakfast for Christmas eve and day

will rethink my stay there,...

Liked: I missed the breakfast due to fatique on my part. however a kitchen person did get me two small muffins.
Disliked: the hairdryer didn't work, nor did the TV. The hairdryer was exchanged. The front person finally found the tv error - it was unplugged. She indicated anyone with common sense would have found that. Hey, I've traveled the world, India, etc. NO ONE EVER told me that. I make several trips to upper MI and was hoping to use that as a stop over.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. Close to restaurants and Highway 69. Was quiet for sleeping.
Disliked: The breakfast needed help. No fruit-no peanut butter for toast-how about some hot chocolate? The room needed pictures it was so drab. Tv wasn't on-it would have been nice to watch the weather channel. Not everyone one has a smart phone.

Liked: The fact that they refunded my money after I found a BEDBUG crawling next to my face.
Disliked: Room smelled like old smoke, pool was disgusting, hot tub was nonexistent, whole hotel very dilapidated.BEDBUGS!!!!The employees were very friendly, even as I handed him a BEDBUG in a jar.BEDBUGS!!!!We should have realized there was a problem when we saw 2 full sized mattresses, still in the bedding (including the mattress protectors), leaning against the dumpster!BEDBUGS!!!!
