Liked: Probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in in quite some time. Although the hotel had some age, the room was updated and the bed was beyond comfortable. I’ll definitely stay there again!
Disliked: All was good!

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Margarine tasted old.Counter space was clean. Food was fresh.
Disliked: I was placed on second floor. I have a problem carrying luggage. No elevator available. When asked for a ground floor room, I was denied.

Liked: My room was clean. There was plenty of parking space. It was quiet enough to get rest.
Disliked: I booked a smoking room. I paid extra money for a smoking room. The desk help said that they do not have smoking rooms anymore. Since, maybe, last summer. I showed him my reservation for a smoking room and how I paid extra for this service. I asked him "Since you don't have them anymore, could you change my room to reflect a non-smoking room and charge me the lower rate?" He simply said "No". After I asked "why not" in a few different ways and only getting "No" in return, I gave up and took my key. It's not about the money. It's about advertising something for sell that you don't have.

Disliked: Mistakenly booked wrong Quality Inn. Both hotel and booking.com refused to allow cancellation of incorrect location. Will not book a Quality Inn in future and tempted to use alternate booking service in future.Room extremely cold.

I won’t be staying at...

Liked: It was close to my in-laws, my wife’s mothers house.
Disliked: It wasn’t too pet friendly. It had no areas for our dog to unwind or do her duties in. Just small strip of land around property perimeter. The room carpet was stained from previous pets. I was charged an extra $20.00 a day for our pet to be there, plus a $50.00 fee for incidentals. I was given the impression that cost was a temporary charge in case things get broken in which we checked out 6 days later with the room intact as when we arrived. We haven’t received that $50.00 amount back. Felt like I was ripped off.
