Disliked: The outside grounds were not kept up - weeds and cigarette butts; needed cleaning around edges.

Disliked: There is a long list: my room smelled like dirty socks, there was mold on ceiling of bathroom, the ice machine on second floor had years of mold inside and I took a picture, the rest of ice machines were broken so I ran to buy a bag of ice from store. The biggest problem was that half the building was being used as a shelter for homeless and immigrants. This should not be hidden from traveling guests when making the reservation. I cut my stay in half and went to another nearby hotel. They were obviously understaffed, and the manager wasn't available to me regarding the issues.

Liked: We have always liked this location so we try to stay here. Breakfast is always nice and great choices.
Disliked: Someone in hall talking loud on their phone at midnight. I reserve a room at least a week ahead in hopes of getting a nice room but they said it didn't matter, it is first come first serve. We drive a great distance and can't get in at check in time. Not a fan of the 3rd floor, more smokers on this level and more people wondering the floor at all hours.
