Liked: I arrived late and they checked me in. I do much travel around the country for business so I have to get accommodations for a single night often and the conditions don’t matter. This was different.
Disliked: This place had bugs on the floor, it smelled bad and I had to wipe surfaces with anti bacterial wipes before any contact with my belongings. Because I arrived late, I stayed in the room fo a single night instead of the 3 nights I reserved. It was a rough night of sleep with loud banging on the floor and people talking loud outside the walkway. First thing in the morning, instead of going for coffee and having a nice breakfast like I am used to when I travel, I went to find a new hotel which was perfect. I will know better next time and if booking wants to see my business again , they will contact me to try to remedy the cost of a room unused. At least stop doing business with this low quality locations.

Liked: Friendly staff. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy but what you’d expect to be a hotel breakfast. Very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Great location!!
Disliked: Outdated but clean. Once there I ended up seeing reviews about bugs. We didn’t see any but it kinda had me freaked out about leaving bags up zipped or any food or drinks.

Disliked: We asked for a handicapped accessible rm, non-smoking. There was a regular tub instead of a walk in shower. We were told the room was accessible, but it was not. In addition, the rm smelled like a cigarette factory. So strong we were choking and struggling to breathe. When we asked for a different room, the receptionist was rude and very unfriendly. She was unfriendly at check-in so I don't know why I expected her to change. We will never, never return to this location and we are frequent travelers.
