Good

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Nice convenient pull-out bed. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Great hot breakfast included.
Disliked: Non-locking sliding bathroom door and strange layout of room. No light over coffee maker/microwave area so it was difficult to see at night. Curdled milk poured out of my breakfast milk carton. I informed staff and they apologized and removed milk.

Disappointing

Disliked: entrance door lock was broken, continental breakfast was sparse, toilet in the room bathroom was loose and wobbling. the hall carpet was dirty. the pool was not maintained, it was cloudy. Will not stay there again. basic maintenance to the building has been neglected.

Okay place but a little...

Liked: The location was convenient for our plans and for food. The building was okay you can tell that it was really nice a long time ago but very outdated and not well taken care of
Disliked: Staff was hard to find usually a sign at the front desk that says we'll be back in 15 minutes but yet you waited forever and no one came back the continental breakfast was a joke there was a few muffins and some bread that had been sitting since the beginning of our stay. The apple juice and orange juice were pure water they did not offer hardly any breakfast at all even though it advertised a full continental breakfast. The building was very outdated definitely needs to be updated but the room was clean and it was decent and the price wasn't that bad. It served its purpose but was very disappointed about breakfast was hoping to save money and feed the family breakfast at the hotel but instead we had to go out to eat. The pool water was a little dirty but warm but there were no towels.

Exceptional

Liked: I was very worried after making my reservation and then reading the reviews of the place. I was pleasantly surprised the king suite with hot tub was clean and bug free! the hallways are dated and need cleaned but the room itself was clean. the sheets towels and floors were clean . front desk staff was excellent also. will definitely come back

Liked: Room was recently remodeled, very clean. Great, safe area. Lots of dining options nearby, several within walking distance. Good price/value. Front desk & maid staff very friendly
