Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Downtown, Cincinnati

All of the staff were very professional and courteous. The location and price can't be beat. The hotel could use a facelift, but, again, because of the price, it was a very positive experience.

Liked: Location - 4 minutes from Cincinnati Shakespeare Company; Price - most reasonably priced hotel in the area.
Disliked: Although it was a non-smoking hotel, someone was clearly smoking on my floor. I could smell it as soon as I got out of the elevator. Fortunately, I didn't smell it in my room. The hotel is rather rundown.

The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Bed was clean but sprayed everything with Lysol.
Disliked: Very old interior; carpets stained in rooms and hallways; bathrooms not updated and dirty; toilet didn't flush well; black hair on towels that was NOT mine; dirty shower curtain and shower and sink had dirty black caulk (room 922). Stayed on Tuesday 8-19-14 to Wed 8-20-14 and looked like we were the only guests. Man at desk was very rude about issues - offered to switch our rooms but I told him of our schedule and said it wasn't feasible. Asked for a discount - he said no and I could just check out. I had 2 young girls with me - will report to Cincinnati BBB.

I will never stay there...

Liked: Bed was comfy
Disliked: The location, the joint room, the fact that the staff did not make it clear that there was no rooms on ground floor after I requested it, the showerhead was loose, halls smelled like weed

Disliked: Room smelled like smoke and hallway

Great quality for the price....

Liked: Everything was very clean, nicely presented and went above expectations for the price.
Disliked: Did not have any complaints. Maybe the hallway is a little too brightly lit, but that is just trying to find some sort of feedback.
