All of the staff were very professional and courteous. The location and price can't be beat. The hotel could use a facelift, but, again, because of the price, it was a very positive experience.

Liked: Location - 4 minutes from Cincinnati Shakespeare Company; Price - most reasonably priced hotel in the area.
Disliked: Although it was a non-smoking hotel, someone was clearly smoking on my floor. I could smell it as soon as I got out of the elevator. Fortunately, I didn't smell it in my room. The hotel is rather rundown.

The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Bed was clean but sprayed everything with Lysol.
Disliked: Very old interior; carpets stained in rooms and hallways; bathrooms not updated and dirty; toilet didn't flush well; black hair on towels that was NOT mine; dirty shower curtain and shower and sink had dirty black caulk (room 922). Stayed on Tuesday 8-19-14 to Wed 8-20-14 and looked like we were the only guests. Man at desk was very rude about issues - offered to switch our rooms but I told him of our schedule and said it wasn't feasible. Asked for a discount - he said no and I could just check out. I had 2 young girls with me - will report to Cincinnati BBB.

Disliked: There was dust in the TV stand, night stand, and desk. Also, the elevator and parking garage smelled like weed. People could be seen right outside of the doors smoking.

Disliked: It’s dirty it stinks everywhere you go smell like dirty old smoke rooms like a motel it smelled so bad and then the staff was rude 0-10 don’t recommend

Liked: The staff was great. The room was average.
Disliked: Stayed two nights and had to get extra towels

Not quality

Liked: The room smelt of cigarettes smoke and cannabis, especially in the bathroom, even though it is supposed to be non-smoking.There were things written in the guest book, such as private laundry service where you drop it off in the morning and they can attend to it, but the staff did not know about this and stated it did not exist. Lots of noise from the interstate and roads and lots of noise from people outside on the roads at night. Not close to anything that would be of interest to tourists and to walk to downtown over the bridge the walk can be a bit rough and not safe, depending on time of day.

Comfortable and clean hotel with...

Liked: The hotel location is 15 minutes by walk from the city center, and there is parking space at the hotel. Breakfast is the same every day but good and sufficient. The room is spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel and the room were clean. I would return again.
Disliked: Slightly outdated, but not a problem. The only thing is the confusing price. The total price consists of rate advertised by booking.com + additional 20% for city tax, county tax, state tax.

Superb

Liked: There were a few loose hairs that weren't either of ours on the towels and bedding, but other then that it was great.
