Liked: The location
Disliked: The property is very outdated. The bed squeaks when you sit and stand. The property states breakfast is included which is totally not true. My daughter and I went down to eat breakfast at 8:00am. All they had was two cereals to choose from, none of which we eat and several slices of white bread and a couple of bagels. A waffle maker was also present. There was plenty of jelly LOL. There was no yogurt, eggs, meat etc……

Liked: Good location, good price. Decent stay for the price, quiet.
Disliked: Stepped outside to drink my coffee with my breakfast plate before heading back to my room with it and was interrogated about whether or not I was a guest - Did not like the manner of accusation in the encounter.Was tidy enough but could use a deep clean, some areas of the bathroom weren’t as clean as I’d expect. Took the top coverlet off the bed and the quilt had some crusty stains on it, looked more like snot than anything else.Some elevator buttons and keyed entry doors did not work.

Spa tub was worth it,...

Liked: The location was great! Spa tub was large and water was hot.
Disliked: The beds were dirty. The bathroom and spa tub needed cleaned before using them. We heard mice at night. You could hear everything everywhere: people upstairs, people downstairs, people/cats outside.

Disliked: Elevator out of order, public washer/dryer out of order, mattress sunken in where people have slept, stain on comforter and no consideration for elderly having to take luggage up two flights of steps.
