Exceptional

Liked: Big room, comfy beds, friendly staff, nice gym. Great place to stay and to visit Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Would definitely visit again.
Disliked: A little noisy early in the evening, but quiet at night so not a problem for us.

Great Stay Friendly Staff

Liked: Staff was great. very friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than average. stayed 3 nights. Hiked 2 National Parks.

New room was OK, used...

Liked: Clean room and bed
Disliked: Noisy person in room next to ours, called front desk and they gave me a new room, they also tried calling the noisy person who had tv on extremely loud but would NOT answer neither when they knocked on the door. We could actually still hear the loud music from our new room but at less volume. That person be told to leave the hotel in my opinion and banned. Disturbing the peace is an offence in any neighborhood.
