Liked: Very helpful Reception, great upstairs room facing front with small balcony, good room facilities, 18 minute easy walk to Village.
Disliked: We paid a lot for our 1 night stay, and therefore expected a decent breakfast, but it was the poorest of our trip. No oats, no egg or protein, no peanut butter, no cream cheese, poor quality and very limited choice of pastries.The waffles and yoghurts were the only appealing options. Very disappointing, and our only complaint.

Clean and quiet location

Liked: Nice, quiet comfortable stay here. Breakfast was ok, but same offering each day. Shower did not have good pressure in one of the rooms.

Liked: The location was great. Walked to Gayle’s and the beach. It was quiet and the staff at the desk were wonderful.

Decent accommodation for quaint Capitola

Liked: Decent sized room, included breakfast, good free parking
Disliked: Toilet cistern didn't stop flowing until I fixed it, poor shower head, near freeway

Good location for our visit

Liked: This hotel is in a very good location for us since it is near family that we visit. The room and grounds are okay, but nothing special. It seems like it could use a remodel.
Disliked: Facilities seemed a bit rundown.

Liked: Breakfast was delightful and I like how my room was clean and supply of fresh towels were provided without asking. Very kind of your staff.
Disliked: Vending and ice maker located on the outside.
