Disliked: I had a reservation that needed manager approval since monday I came Friday to check In and after an hour of being on the phone with booking.com I was informed that my cancelation needed a manager approval to.be honored no one ever did that for four days resulting in my reservation being canceled after I was already there to check in and it's been almost a week and I still havent.receives a refund.

Disliked: Our room was not completely clean. Found lots of long hair in floor in the bathroom. And carpet didn’t look vacuumed good.

Liked: Breakfast was good - variety of options for eating and drinks. Noticed the attendant was timely in filling up things as well as cleaning tables as others finished and left.
