Liked: Large parking lot for large truck with RV.clean rooms,great staff,good value ,easy access to I75 , good breakfast. Close to Tampa !

Marginally less than average

Liked: Booked in with a bloke under pressure from two previous customers. He took £50 deposit (understandable and normal hotels procedure) but the charge actually went through and is to be refunded to Booking.com rather than direct to my card. Not the way to do things at all.

Liked: the only complaint I can give is the breakfast person did not seem to speak english and seem to sruggle with keeping it all up

Liked: I booked for Campers Blues Festival. 85 Myers Road Brooksville Because of Hurricane Milton, the site had sufficient damage that it was canceled and the fees $175 rolled over to one of their 2025 Festivals. In 2020 I drove from Charleston SC to Bonita Spring. While we were standing in line with a crowd, City council rescinded the permit due to COVID. I went to the motel and canceled the 2nd n 3rd days. They asked if I wanted to cancel the entire reservation. I said Yes. This was without 24 hour notice. We got back in the van and drove back to Charleston. Arrived at 2.30am With this reservation, I'm getting NOTHING BACK. I'm going to three Festivals in Brooksville in 2025. By then I'll be almost 90 years old. Hmmm. Something for me to think about.

Horrible experience.

Liked: Very little. Breakfast was OK.
Disliked: Carpet in first room was very wet in spots and very dirty! Bottom of my socks were wet and black.Moved to a suite type room second day. Air conditioner in entrance room did to cool properly.Bed room was very damp! Any paper I had in it became limp with moisture.Not at all a comfortable stay. Left a day early, not sure how we stayed for six days.worst Inn experience ever!Grounds and parking lot were littered with trash.
