Liked: The environment was very clean, staff were great.

Good stay but next time...

Liked: It was close to everything I needed to do.
Disliked: I was in room 119. I heard people talking inside my door till 11 o’clock at night which made it hard for me to sleep when I had a long drive home the next day. I was gonna go out and say something, but I didn’t bother. They should talk in their rooms, not in the hallways when people are trying to sleep. People have to be considerate of other people stay in there too.

Disliked: There wasn’t much we didn’t like only things that we felt could have been improved would be how many activities were at the inn

Liked: Beautiful hotel and very welcoming staff. Despite being located in a run down shopping centre (with an eerie, unpleasant atmosphere) the hotel is a safe haven from the unpleasantries of Brampton.
