Middle of the road...

Liked: Hotel was clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was good. Hotel is priced well.
Disliked: Staff was hit and miss on friendliness. Location was pretty sketchy. Hot water heater went out on our second night so we had to take cold showers. Beds are pretty hard.

Disliked: I left pillows there and still have not received them in the mail. Even though I filled out the fed ex tracking slip like they asked. It has been almost a month and I still do not have them even though I have had communication with Kim Clinton. NOT HAPPY!
