Good place to stay for...

Liked: The hotel was close to downtown Boone. We enjoyed the indoor pool, and this hotel was slightly cheaper than other nearby properties. Our room was just like any average hotel room with two queen beds. Our beds were comfy enough and the hotel was very quiet.
Disliked: The pool wasn't very clean and was on the colder side considering it was supposed to be heated. The breakfast was less than expected, just prepackaged food, and the rooms weren't super clean.

Quick comfy stop over.

Liked: Comfortable. Front desk was great! The manager with scarf was superb and stylish! Room was good and beds comfortable!
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor! Unhealthy, all carbs! Hardly any proteins! Small amount of choices. Room was very clean, and presentation was clean!

We will stay here on...

Disliked: Smelled like old food, carpeting dirty throughout. Toothpaste drips in bathroom.

Disappointed my husband is crippled...

Disliked: Staff was not very accommodating. I booked 2 rooms and ask if we could have them close together. I was told at booking that if I checked in early they could arrange that. I went to the hotel as soon as I got to town to check in and I knew it was to early to get in the room I just wanted to make sure I got the rooms close. It was around 1:30 pm. I was told I could not check in at that time to early. I came back at 5 and ask if we could get our rooms close they said they would. He said the rooms were 2 doors apart. The rooms were not at all close 321 and 330. Very disappointed.
