Disappointed room not available.
Liked: We were unable to stay on September 7th due to some reason that clerk told us. Apparently no rooms were available.
Disliked: Hotel clerk could not make any recommendations for another place to stay, even though we found a variety of hotels 4 mins away.

Best Service and comfy way...
Liked: The location was clean and welcoming. The comfortable beds and amazing staff ended our long day of travel with ease. The continental breakfast and same smiling faces behind the counter to check us out started our next long day of travel right!

Liked: I left before breakfast
Disliked: Front Desk clerk was unfriendly, unhelpful, and uninterested in making my stay enjoyable. At the time of booking, I requested being able to get a few breakfast items on check in as I knew I was going to be leaving early. The front desk clerk told me I would have to talk with the breakfast staff when they came in in the morning. Dumb and dumber.

They stay was good.
Liked: Location was great. Very easy to find and close to the hwy. very easy to get to arrowhead stadium from this location.
Disliked: The lady that checked us in on 8/2/24 at about 3pm put us into a panic when she couldn’t find our booking. Even though I provided all information requested, including the booking number. She was not helpful at all and told me to step aside so she could help the person behind me. It was only when a second employee came up to the counter that he was able to find our booking and check us in. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we got checked in promptly. (His name might have been Marcus) Wish I would have gotten the ladies name because she couldn’t have cared less and it was her mistake.
