Liked: Rooms were very nice. Room was clean, large, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large and very accommodating.
Disliked: No juice available or water. Nothing to drink if you don't drink coffee or hot chocolate, which I don't. Syrup was very cold, which was not good on the waffle.

Disliked: I stayed there for 3-4 hours watching my son wrestle for a wrestling dual. His team didn’t qualify for the next night so I left at 7pm but checked in at 3:30pm. I asked if I could cancel my room for the next day/night and get a refund. I did not slee in the room that day or night but I realized that I couldn’t get a refund for that day. But I wasn’t going to sleep there that night so I asked for a refund for the next day/night. The staff member gave me the run around and called their manager named Sandy. Sandy told me to reach out to booking.com which I did and now booking.com is asking me to reach back to them. I did not like my experience whatsoever.

Liked: Location was easy to reach. Many excellent restaurants in the area near Eastland Mall. Plenty of good areas and sidewalks to walk our dogs. Liked the free parking next to an entry door and our room. Very clean hotel. Thanks to the friendly staff!
Disliked: Did not like the taste of the tap water. Bottled water in the room would have helped.

Disliked: Breakfast was not good- eggs were not warm, there was no orange juice, no bananas. No oatmeal. No meat.
