Disliked: The hallways smelled like heavy smoke, the bedding was dingy and had bloody stains on the sheets and pillows cases, the comforters had stains. The rooms are old and the bathrooms have noticeable mold and mildew and broken open ceiling tiles. Moved to another room since I could cancel the reservations. The next room found spiders in between the sheets.

Liked: hot shower.
Disliked: room was dusty and dirty. wet stains on tiles, bed covering was not clean. floors dirty and hairs in shower still. had to clean before we used it. Breakfast was a joke. stale bread, no drinks other than coffee, we ended up ordering out for breakfast. we stayed because we drove all day and we were all tired

Liked: Nothing I had to ask for my room to be changed the first room was dirty the second room was ok
Disliked: It was dirty , it also had a horrible smell I stayed one night then went to another hotel

Disliked: The maintenance was atrocious, water leaking, bathroom mold, carpet smell, door lock, checking in took a long time, atleast boiled eggs would help, the dining area was greasy needs cleaning, poor lighting in the corridors, lacking basic security, the online rates quoted were different when checking in. I have stayed at other Quality Inns, which are better standards.

Disliked: The sink and toilet were not working properly, the sink was corroded, the shower was dirty, the floors were disgusting, and everything smelled musty. The breakfast food was stale and limited options.

Liked: They were very responsive to our needs. The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The hotel has leftover odor from having smokers and the outside door was not secure. Pets could not be left in the room so we had to carry our dogs everywhere and it was hot for them to be in the car.
