disappointing we had two rooms...

Liked: We slept well and the room was clean
Disliked: did not have elevator Could not have coffee because couldn't drink the water or had to use bottled water to brush teeth.We are in our 80's and had a hard time getting up the steps. Were not told this in advance or we would have chosen a different place. Our granddaughter live there and she had drinking water. We thought we should have been given a discount and were promised a hot breakfast but that was not available either.

Disliked: Because all access to facilities were closed.. they wouldn’t credit back the reservation.. or even allow a credit to use after things settled down after all the shutdowns.
